Architectural Design
What is architectural design?
As you are looking for Architects in Worthing, and there are lots to choose from, as architectural designers we thought we would break down our particular designers process. If you are unsure of the difference between the two head over to our article Understanding the Roles: Architect vs Architectural Designer which explains it. Professional architectural design ensures your home, or commercial spaces are designed creatively and presented in easy-to-understand drawings to meet all your day to day practical and living needs whilst also ensuring your new improved home meets local authority planning requirements and modern construction standards. In short, we put the wow factor into construction.
BuildView has developed a unique, refreshing, and innovative approach to designing homes, a service tailor made to fit with our customers busy lives. We will perform and accurate measured survey and creatively design every aspect of your new improved home.
The proposed alteration or new structure will be designed to complement and enhance your existing property, to lift the property and add real value in terms of space, function, aesthetics and hopefully, monetary value too. We work in clear set stages and milestones so that you know exactly what to expect from us, when to expect it and where your project is at any given time in the process.

Planning Permission
What is planning permission?
Planning permission is the legal process of determining whether your proposed extension or development should be permitted. To provide the best chance of success and from the very outset, we will design your project to meet your aspirations whilst also designing to planning guidelines. Where necessary we can design the extension to be within permitted development rights and therefore not requiring planning permission at all.
Whether the proposal is permitted development or requires a full planning application, gaining the correct planning consent is essential for proof of lawfulness to the council and to buyers should you sell your home in the future. As experts in designing and improving homes, our job is to know the Worthing planning permission process inside out and, we do! Planning applications do not need to be stressful, they simply need to be managed and we view our role as being to protect your interests, therefore we'll submit and manage the application process for you from start to finish.
